As Florida’s expert on seizure treatment and care, Epilepsy Florida is the leading community based organization staffed to meet the medical and social needs of all people with the disorder and aims to increase awareness for epilepsy, and support for Epilepsy Florida from individuals, professional groups, corporations and community leaders. In particular, Epilepsy Florida wants to reach employers, prominent business leaders, civil servants, educators and celebrities who, among others, have little understanding or even worse, apathy towards the disorder.
