Clayton Feig Legacy Fund

The fund supports several Epilepsy Florida programs for children with epilepsy and was established in memory of Clayton Feig, a young man who demonstrated courage and strength of character while dealing with epilepsy. Complications from the disease claimed his life in 1993. Clayton was 18 years old. Clayton’s family continues to keep Clayton’s memory alive by supporting children and their families through their legacy fund. Each year Epilepsy Florida will select a person in each of its regions to receive the Clayton Feig Youth Award at our annual Walk the Talk events. Not only does this award commemorate those like Clayton who battle with seizures, but highlights the important work of those who are dedicated to removing the stigma and misunderstandings associated with epilepsy.
