At Epilepsy Florida, INC (EFL) we strive to be Florida’s number 1 source of information and resources. Joining, will give you access to a support system where case managers collaborate with clients and or their guardians to determine their needs and help them reach their goals to create an independent approach to living.
EFL also helps with medical services, from helping you navigate your health insurance to providing medication assistance. EFL follows the Federal Poverty Guidelines to qualify clients working with a network of neurologists to provide neurological treatment to those diagnosed with Epilepsy. Income verification is required to apply for neurological care.

2. Have you been diagnosed with Epilepsy?
3. Do you have a suspicion you may have Epilepsy?

Once the online application has been completed an intake specialist will contact you to complete a short phone interview. Be prepared to provide photo identification, proof of address.
